The Berlin International Film Festival has awarded the Golden Bear for Best Film to Jafar Panahi for "Taxi".The third feature Panahi has released since the state ban, "Taxi" stars the filmmaker, playing himself, as a cab driver.Panahi's countryman Abbas Kiarostami has used moving vehicles with fixed cameras in several of his films, most notably in his 2002 feature "Ten," which was shot completely from this perspective. Panahi's compatriot Rakhshan Bani-Etemad, employed such interior driving scenes to open and close her award-winning 2014 feature "Tales". Panahi's win marked the climax of the Berlinale.
