The city's yearly art fair, Beirut Art Fair, will stage its seventh edition Sept. 15-18 at the Beirut International Exhibition and Leisure center.The fine art market and Byblos Bank Award and exhibition supplemented by new parallel exhibitions and VIP tours of the city's gleaming new (and less new) cultural spaces.Organizers reported that 21,000 people visited BAF's 2015 edition, where 52 galleries from 19 countries touted more than 1,500 works by 300 artists."The total revenues of the fair amounted to $3.2 million," they wrote in BAF's 2016 press materials, "twice those of the 2011 edition".
