The third edition of classical music festival Les Musicales de Baabdath is set to commence this weekend, offering a 10-day program of free concerts in the Metn village. Supported by the Culture Ministry in coordination with the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music, the festival will be staged from Oct. 27 to Nov. 5 at Baabdat's Saint Anthony of Padua Church and AUB's Assembly Hall. This season's program will hold nine concerts eight in Baabdat and one at AUB featuring musicians that have performed in renowned international concert halls.The Dutch duo's concert program includes Prokofiev's "Sonata in C Major, Op. 19" and Chopin's "Polonaise Brillante, Op. 3 ".
