Lebanon was present Sunday night at the Academy Awards via a historic nomination, but the country also appeared on the red carpet in the fashion of the attendees.Although it didn't win, Lebanese movie "The Insult" (the Arabic-language title translates as "Case No. 23") made history after it was nominated for an Academy Award in the Best Foreign Language Film Category, in a first for the country. Acra had another red carpet win with the long, deep blue dress worn by Helen Mirren, who jazzed up the gown's modest neckline and long sleeves with a matching necklace and earrings.
