Actors Emma Stone and Jonah Hill join the list of Hollywood stars turning to television with Netflix's "Maniac," a dark comedy mini-series looking at human connection. Oscar-winner Stone and "The Wolf on Wolf Street" star Hill play Annie and Owen, two strangers with personal problems who take part in a pharmaceutical drug trial.Stone and Hill, who worked together on 2007 comedy "Superbad," both starred in television shows earlier in their careers, but "Maniac" proved a different project for both actors, who are also executive producers on the series.The actors are the latest major stars picking leading roles on the small screen.
