EU markets rebound on speculation of policy helpEuropean stocks advanced, snapping their worst two-day losing streak since 2008, as investors speculated that policymakers may take action to shore up markets after the post-Brexit rout.The Stoxx Europe 600 Index rose 3.4 percent to 319.13 at 2:53 p.m .. European stocks pushed their two-day loss to 11 percent Monday amid growing uncertainty over the fallout from Brexit. Shawbrook Group PLC fell 15 percent after saying it will take an extra impairment charge of 9 million pounds in the second quarter tied to lending "irregularities" at its business finance division.
