Fuel prices drop by LL300

BEIRUT: Fuel prices dropped Wednesday by LL300, while the price of kerosene gas fell by LL200, the Energy and Water Ministry announced.

The price of 98-octane rated fuel is now priced at LL35,200 and the price of 95-octane rated fuel is LL34,500. Kerosene gas is now sold at LL29,700, fuel oil is LL29,600 and Diesel is LL30,400, according to the weekly price schedule released by caretaker Energy Minister Jibran Bassil.

Following months of soaring fuel prices, Lebanon continues to witness a gradual decrease in prices which began on May 18.

World's tallest tower, the tokyo skytree, opens
