BEIRUT: Greece’s Aegean Airlines has launched its first direct route to Lebanon this month with round-trip tickets starting at $351.
Agenor Aviation Services, a division of Johnny R. Saadé Holdings, signed an agreement with Aegean Airlines earlier this month to be its exclusive representative in Lebanon.
Fares for one-way flights are approximately $117 and round-trip flights start at $351.
Flights are scheduled to operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with three trips per week. The duration of the Beirut-Athens flight is roughly two hours.
The first flight between the two destinations debuted on June 6.
