Lured by the snowy mountains and skiing season, the number of visitors to Lebanon in January 2015 increased by 22.6 percent compared with the same month in 2014, the Tourism Ministry said Friday.The statement said that the number of Arab visitors reached 34,734 during January 2015, registering an increase of 38.4 percent compared with the same month in 2014 .Iraqi tourists topped the list of Arab visitors in January of this year, reaching 12,194, an increase of 33.9 percent compared with the same period in 2014 . Visitors from France topped the list of European tourists with an increase of 12.2 percent, followed by Germans, up 5.2 percent, and British visitors, up by 10.3 percent.
