The heavy snowstorm in the east coast of the United States has prompted the delegation from the Association of Banks in Lebanon to return to Beirut, according to a statement by the association Monday.Sources told the Central News Agency that it was Lebanon's duty to fully abide by all decisions issued by the U.S. administration because the country's economy is dollarized and most of the bank transactions are also in the U.S. currency. Some banks have apparently rejected the settlements of the salaries of Hezbollah MPs and ministers although the U.S. action in this regard is still unclear.
