Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri vowed Friday to offer the support young entrepreneurs need to create businesses.A statement published by ESA noted that late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and former French President Jacques Chirac founded ESA 20 years ago.Hariri said he also foresaw a plan, after the election of a Lebanese president, whereby the government would establish the fiscal and legal framework to accompany the development of these companies and would work with the Central Bank to allow them to access capital markets.Salameh said that more than $300 million have so far been invested in this sector since the issuance of Circular 331 by the Central Bank and the value of companies that have been created so far reached $700 million in less than two years.
