Emirate National Bank of Dubai has decided to sell its stake at Bank of Beirut, sources and news media said Wednesday.Emirate National Bank of Dubai owns 7.56 percent of Bank of Beirut and are considered the fourth largest shareholder of the Lebanese lender.Al-Akhbar newspaper said that the Central Bank is studying Bank of Beirut request to buy Emirate National Bank of Dubai's stake.According to the newspaper, Bank of Beirut is reluctant to give the reasons behind the decision of the UAE bank to sell its stake.
