The President of World Union of Arab Bankers Joseph Torbey said Friday that more women are joining the workforce in banks and financial companies in Lebanon and Arab countries.However, Torbey said that the women working force in the Arab world in general still lags behind many countries and efforts should be focused to close their gender inequality in terms of equal employment.He added that the Union of Arab Banks and World Union of Arab Bankers are striving to get women to contribute more to the sector.
