The Finance Ministry said that the real estate transactions in the first nine months of 2019 shrunk by 15 percent compared to the same period of last year.The total amount of real estate transactions reached $4.7 billion in the first nine months of 2019 and decreased by 19 percent from $5.8 billion in the same period of 2018 .There were 758 real estate transactions executed by foreigners in the first nine months of 2019, constituting a decline of 10.3 percent from 845 deals in the same period of 2018 and compared to 923 transactions in the first nine months of 2017 .
