DOHA: Qatar says it has sent the second shipment of natural gas to Egypt despite the turmoil engulfing the North African country and the woes of Qatar's Islamist allies there. The Qatar News Agency reported Tuesday that the shipment left the oil-rich Gulf state Aug. 9. It's the second of five shipments Qatar had promised the ousted President Mohammad Morsi's government. The energy is to help Egypt's overburdened networks during peak summer use. QNA did not say how big the shipment was.
