Barclays Plc said a London court dismissed all the charges against the bank and its parent company over a 2008 capital raising with Qatar, in a big win for the lender, dogged by legal issues for a decade.The court also dismissed charges of unlawful financial assistance, one against the bank and another against its holding company, relating to a $3 billion loan given to Qatar in 2008 .Four former Barclays executives are also facing prosecution over a deal that meant Barclays could avoid state bailout during the 2008 financial crisis.Barclays declined to comment beyond the statement.
