Acclaimed Lebanese artist Rita Awn has worked in painting, sculpture, video installation and digital animation since 1993 . They are created with heat and with time, as all precious things are," Awn added.Awn picks and buys her gems online from Brazil, India and the U.S., and used both precious and semi-precious stones in the collection. The collection, entitled "J'aime," features necklaces, earnings and bracelets.The colors in the collection are quiet yet vibrant. Yellow chalcedony paraded on one necklace with clear rock crystals and peridot, while aquamarine, prehnite, amethyst, and red jade were joined in others. Awn and Kayrouz have crossed paths before.
