The Daily Star spoke with some fitness gurus to find out what it takes to get a good beach body and what kind of workouts you can do this summer: Cardio exercises can also be done on the beach.According to Nazarian, it takes about three months for people to really see results.Patsy Saliba, manager and trainer at Body Garage Gym, recommends a range of different workouts that one can do on the beach.There are some exercises with basic equipment that Saliba recommended such as pull-ups, as there are many beaches with pull-up bars now.Saliba and Nazarian can't stress enough the importance of balancing a good workout schedule with solid eating habits.Nazarian, however, recommends against employing drastic dieting measures.
