MOSCOW: Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) on Thursday implicitly denied involvement in the February carnage in Kiev, after Ukrainian authorities accused Russian agents of helping plan an assault that killed scores of protesters.

"Let those allegations remain on the conscience of the Ukrainian security service (SBU)," an FSB spokesman told the RIA Novosti news agency.
