KIEV: A senior Ukrainian separatist leader on Friday rejected the terms of President Petro Poroshenko's peace plan, saying the pro-Russian rebels would not disarm until Kiev pulled back its forces.

"No one will lay down their arms until a full troop withdrawal from our land," the Interfax-Ukraine news agency quoted Valeriy Bolotov, leader of the self-declared Lugansk People's Republic, as saying.
