With Lebanon's first elections in nine years planned for Sunday, here's a guide to how you can have your say in the makeup of the next Parliament.Remember that you get two votes – one for the entire list you are choosing, and another "preferential" vote that you cast for a single person on the list. If you cast a preferential vote for a list other than the list you voted for, your entire vote is disqualified. If you cast only a preferential vote, then it will be counted as a vote for the candidate as well as for the list. If you cast no preferential vote, the vote for the list will still be counted.
