BEIRUT: The family of kidnapped Lebanese Joseph Sader pleaded with media outlets to not exploit his case for political purposes.
Sader, 57, an IT manager at Middle East Airlines and a father of three, was abducted on Feb. 12, 2009, while walking to his work at Rafik Hariri International Airport.
Salma Sader, Joseph’s wife, denied in a statement issued on behalf of her family news reports analyzing the case of her missing husband.
Sader also denied media reports quoting her as saying her husband was kidnapped because of his position.
Sader asked the media not to exploit the case, and all those who claim to have information about the kidnapping to address judicial authorities.
