Hermel, Lebanon: A rocket hit the northeast Lebanon town of Nabi Othman Friday, with no casualties but slight material damage reported, security sources said.

Previous such attacks on the predominantly-Shiite village have been claimed by radical groups with links to the Syrian armed opposition, including the Nusra Front in Lebanon, citing Hezbollah’s military role in the Syrian crisis.
