President Michel Sleiman reiterated Sunday that he would not accept an extension of his presidential term that ends next month.Speaker Nabih Berri has called for a Parliament session to elect a new head of state Wednesday, but it is not certain whether a quorum for such session will be secured.The president also praised the presidential campaign platform of Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea, who declared his candidacy for the election earlier this month.Sleiman also spoke about his ties with Hezbollah, which have deteriorated recently over the president's criticism of the party's role in Syria.
