The Council of Maronite Bishops deplored the latest killing of Lebanese troops by jihadis in east Lebanon Wednesday, calling on rival political groups to rally around the Army and security forces who are fighting terrorism on behalf of the Lebanese people.The Maronite clerics also expressed support and solidarity with the families of captive Lebanese servicemen held by ISIS and Nusra Front militants for the past four months, and called on the government to take a decisive step to end their ordeal.
