The Cabinet's weekly session ended Thursday with the approval of several appointments and financial files, but discussion over controversial issues including telecom and waste were postponed.The ministers had told reporters before the session that none of the controversial files, such as the telecom or garbage issues, would be discussed Thursday.Machnouk explained that the file would be discussed in a ministerial meeting Tuesday, which will be attended by representatives of all parties.In parallel, the Cabinet was also expected to make a decision concerning the bid document for the telecom sector, while a disagreement appears to exist between Telecom Minister Boutrous Harb and the ministers of the March 8 alliance.
