A bomb planted under an SUV in Lebanon's northeast border town of Arsal Monday wounded a local resident over an apparent personal dispute, the Army and security sources said.Arsal mayor Ali Hujeiri told The Daily Star that only Ezzeddine was wounded, and that his wounds were not life threatening. He also downplayed the blast, saying the attack appeared personal. The attack also comes after militants ambushed an Army patrol on the outskirts of Ras Baalbek, situated a few miles north of Arsal, last week, killing six soldiers, and wounding one.Nusra and ISIS continue holding 25 militants hostage on the outskirt of Arsal, more than four months after the servicemen were abducted during a five day battle with the Army in the town.
