Speaker Nabih Berri signed Thursday a request by the public prosecutor to obtain records dealing with the case of kidnapped MEA employee Joseph Sader, judicial sources told The Daily Star.Gen. Ashraf Rifi and the Sader family gave their testimonies in the case, revealing critical information that drew a flurry of reactions at the time from political leaders, but did not provide any leads on solving the case.Berri signed the request and referred it to Public Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud.
