Two killed in separate shooting incidents buried

BEIRUT: Two young men were laid to rest in their Bekaa Valley hometowns after they succumbed to wounds sustained in two separate shooting incidents, the National News Agency reported Sunday.

Naji Ali Moussa died after being shot by a stray bullet fired during a New Year’s Eve party in Bar Elias.

Moussa was buried in the West Bekaa village of Ghaza.

Separately, in Soueiri, Faraj Janbayn was buried with Army units standing guard.

Janbayn was wounded in a clash between members of his family and members of the Chouman family in late December.
