BEIRUT: Military Prosecutor Judge Saqr Saqr filed charges Thursday against individuals who, according to investigations, took part in last month's attack on the Lebanese Army in the coastal city of Sidon.
The judge charged unidentified individuals with committing terrorist acts, possession of arms and explosive material as well as murdering members of the Lebanese Army.
He referred the case to first military investigative judge.
The Army said last month twin suicide attacks against separate military posts in Sidon killed one officer and wounded another soldier.
