Outgoing U.N. official bids farewell to Sleiman

BEIRUT: Outgoing U.N. Resident Coordinator for Lebanon Robert Watkins visited Baabda Palace Friday to bid farewell to President Michel Sleiman.

Sleiman presented Watkins with the National Order of the Cedar Medal-Commander Grade in recognition of his hard work over the years.

Watkins took up his post in Beirut in February 2011.
