Palestinian accused of being part of terror group

BEIRUT: The military court interrogated a Palestinian man Friday and subsequently issued an arrest warrant against him for allegedly being part of a terrorist group, the National News Agency reported. 

Military investigative Judge Imad al-Zein interrogated the Palestinian, identified only by his initials M.A., and issued an arrest warrant accusing him of being a member of an armed group that aimed to stage terrorist attacks. 

Zein also accused the Palestinian national of watching the movements of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in the south and preparing to assassinate one of the leaders of Fatah party.
