BEIRUT: Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri congratulated Felipe VI on becoming King of Spain, his office said Tuesday.

In a letter to the new king, Hariri wished Felipe “success, and praised the friendly relations between Lebanon and Spain, which has always supported the economy, security and stability of Lebanon.”
