BEIRUT: Security forces deployed in Tripoli Saturday, after clashes in Bab al-Tabbaneh neighborhood escalated to gunfire.
A security source told The Daily Star that clashes between a member of the Saiadi family and another individual from the Talawi family erupted in Bab al-Tabbaneh's Harba Street.
Earlier Saturday, a patrol from the Internal Security Forces’ Information Branch arrested Mohammad Ghassan al-Ratel for robbery in the Bab al-Ramel neighborhood.
