BEIRUT: A patrol by the ISF’s intelligence branch opened fire on two Syrians riding a motorcycle in the industrial city of Zahle Thursday, after the pair didn’t comply with orders to stop.
According to the National News Agency, internal security forces shot and wounded one of the passengers.
The wounded Syrian was taken to the Elias Hrawi hospital, where it was discovered that he was in possession of a forged identity card.
