Two terror suspects were charged Monday with crimes that include smuggling an explosives-laden car into Lebanon and recruiting a suicide bomber, cases that have shed light on the modus operandi of terrorist groups in the country.This is the third arrest warrant to be issued against Abbas, who has already been charged with helping orchestrate two suicide bombings in Haret Hreik on Jan. 2 and Jan. 21, and for belonging to a terrorist organization.Sawwan charged Abbas with involvement in all three crimes, which have been combined into one case.All 12 men are accused of belonging to terrorist organizations – the Abdullah Azzam Brigades, the radical Syrian rebel group the Nusra Front and the Ziad Jarrah Brigades, named after the one Lebanese 9/11 hijacker.
