BEIRUT: A man in Koura, north Lebanon, shot himself overnight Saturday with a hunting rifle, security sources told The Daily Star.
George R. I., 61, from the Koura village of Kfar Aqqa, shot himself in the heart, the sources said.
The rifle was found next to his body, they added. The man’s wife said that he suffered from a neurological disorder and was taking sedatives and tranquilizers.
