BEIRUT:The March 14 alliance was ready to endorse his presidential bid, if all the components within the coalition agreed to the move, Kataeb leader Amin Gemayel said Wednesday.March 8 has announced that it would boycott election sessions until a consensus candidate is announced. Free Patriotic Movement chief Michel Aoun, however, remains the coalition's undeclared candidate.Through the initiative, the Kataeb head launched contacts with Lebanese Forces head Samir Geagea, Aoun and Marada Movement leader Sleiman Frangieh.
