Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri postponed the presidential election session to October 9 over a lack of quorum Tuesday, while MPs promised a legislative session next week.At a press conference following the cancelation of Tuesday's session, Lebanese Forces MP George Adwan said that parliamentary action was required to hold the upcoming parliamentary elections.Speaking on the legislative session scheduled for next week, Adwan said the wage hike would be the first item on the agenda.Adwan also slammed the March 8 parties for boycotting the parliamentary session, saying that a democratic presidential election could be held if the other bloc refuses to agree on a candidate.
