It seems ISIS wasn't the only thing occupying the Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil's mind as he met with fellow dignitaries on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly in New York last week.During a meeting between himself and the Emirati foreign minister, which was also attended by Education Minister Elias Bou Saab and delegations from both countries' foreign offices, Bassil was seen enquiring after Caroline Ziadeh, the U.N. Deputy Permanent Representative of Lebanon.Bassil was then seen muttering several inaudible comments to the Emirati foreign minister.
