Cabinet failed to reach a decision on whether to combine the 2015 draft budget and the salary scale in one bill, Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi said after Tuesday's special session.Azzi said that ministers agreed on continuing discussions on the 2015 draft budget during a regular Cabinet session Thursday, amid continued differences among ministers on whether the public sector's wage hike bill should be part of the budget.The Free Patriotic Movement and some other parties oppose integrating the salary scale into the original draft budget.
