Israel has deployed its Iron Dome anti-missile system near Lebanon's southern border, an Israeli military officer has said.Col. Yoni Saada Marom, commander of Israel's Active Defense Air Wing, told Fox News that the move comes to placate Israeli fears that the recently sealed Iranian nuclear deal will see bolstered Iranian support to Hezbollah.While not making details public, Hezbollah has said its military capabilities have been significantly boosted since Israel's 2006 war against Lebanon.
