The Lebanese Army killed two ISIS militants overnight and wounded eight others as they tried to infiltrate the northeastern town of Arsal via Wadi Hmaid.The clashes, which erupted after Assir's loyalists opened fire on an Army checkpoint in the city, resulted in the deaths of 18 Army soldiers and at least 40 militants.Syrian rebels affiliated with ISIS and the Nusra Front are holding at least 25 Lebanese Army soldiers and policemen hostages on Arsal's outskirts. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim to offer trading himself for the Lebanese servicemen.
