Prime Minister Tammam Salam scheduled a Cabinet session next Thursday despite the ongoing paralysis in the government, a source from the Grand Serail told The Daily Star.Free Patriotic Movement ministers have been preventing the Cabinet from making any decision before appointing new security chiefs and discussing the Cabinet's decision making mechanism.Joreige added that contacts by mediators in the past few days have encouraged Salam to call for a Cabinet session Thursday.
