Gen. Abbas Ibrahim Wednesday hosted the 16 servicemen who were released by the Nusra Front one day earlier, and revealed new details of the hostage swap deal that brought an end to the 16-month-long crisis.Ibrahim also denied media reports which said that the conditions of the swap deal included a $25 million payment to the Nusra Front and a guarantee of free movement in Arsal's outskirts, where militants and ISIS fighters have been holed up for over a year.Hujeiri, a former negotiator in the hostage crisis, was charged last year with belonging to the Nusra Front.Ibrahim also addressed the killing of the servicemen by ISIS and Nusra during the first couple of months of the hostage crisis. ISIS beheaded two hostages, and Nusra shot dead another two.
