At least 26 people were injured Friday in an explosion suspected to have been caused by a gas leak at a restaurant kitchen in a northern Beirut suburb, medics said. However, Hatem was interrupted by the head of Roadster Diner, Mohammad Sabeh, who said it was still too early to say what caused the blast, pointing to two large gas cylinders located on the roof of the building which appeared to be intact."The cylinder is in safe condition and we will find out what happened after investigations are finalized," Sabeh said.He denied that any smaller gas cylinders were inside the kitchen at the time of the blast, saying that the restaurant never keeps the canisters indoors.
