Officials from across the political divide, religious and security figures flocked to Speaker Nabih Berri's residence Monday to offer condolences to the Amal Movement leader for the death of his sister.Mariam Berri died last Friday and was laid to rest in her southern village of Tibnin the following day.Also offering their condolences were Hezbollah officials Hussein Khalil and Wafiq Safa, representing party leader Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, Marada Movement leader Sleiman Frangieh and Free Patriotic Movement President Gebran Bassil, Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk, Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mohammad Fneish, Tourism Minister Michel Pharaon, Education Minister Elias Bou Saab, Information Minister Ramzi Joreige, Energy and Water Resources Minister Arthur Nazarian, Minister of the Displaced Alice Shabtini, Youth and Sports Minister Abdul-Muttaleb Al-Hinawi, Finance Minister Ali Hasan Khalil and Transport and Public Works Minister Ghazi Zeaiter, ambassadors of France, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Germany, Britain, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates .
