The mystery surrounding Hannibal Gadhafi's arrest deepened Wednesday when news leaked that a Libyan judicial delegation to Lebanon had to suddenly leave the country a day earlier.Gadhafi is being held for questioning over the disappearance of Lebanese Imam Musa Sadr and two companions on an official visit to Libya in 1978 .The Libyan delegation, led by a deputy justice minister, assured the Lebanese officials that its government was not requesting Gadhafi's extradition, but wanted to make sure the detainee was treated fairly. Yaacoub, the son of Sheikh Mohammad Yaacoub, who disappeared with Sadr in 1978, was arrested earlier this month along with three others under suspicion of kidnapping Gadhafi in early December.Gadhafi's captors then delivered him to Lebanese authorities.
