BEIRUT: As the most violent snowstorm in years has left Lebanon's mountain areas stranded by thick layers of snow, Lebanese activists responded with initiatives to help those who were most affected by the storm: Syrian refugees living in tents.The campaign is a joint initiative by NGOs "Lebanese for Refugees" and "G".Another campaign was launched by the NGO Basmeh and Zeitooneh for Relief and Development, which is calling on Internet users to donate to help refugees in east Lebanon.
