Family and neighbors of the two suicide bombers who attacked a Tripoli cafe Saturday night have expressed shock after learning they were behind the deadly blasts, with residents saying at least one of them was acting "normal" in the weeks before the bombing.Taha Samir al-Khayal, 22, and Bilal Mohammad al-Mariyan, 29, who were behind the attack on the Omran cafe in the Jabal Mohsen neighborhood that left nine people dead and 30 wounded were not known to intelligence agencies before the attack, according to security sources. According to security sources, Khayal, who is from Tripoli's Mankoubeen neighborhood, had returned to the area over a week ago after being absent since the October 2014 clashes in the city. The Army on Sunday arrested three suspects who were regularly seen with Khayal in Tripoli during the week before the attack. The father of Khayal handed himself over to Army Intelligence late-Saturday after the attack.
